we make sure with shipping we keep you updated with every step, and at any time you need us to check on shipping we will do this, we make sure the prop orders are delivered as quick as possible.
we ship worldwide, and on the unlikely event customs charges come up we are not Responsible for these and for the length of time customs can hold an item, we do however chase this up and make sure it keeps moving. The kits can be very heavy boxes and we send parts in two boxes one for the kit and a smaller box for metal parts etc, this is for insurance purposes to make sure every single part is safe.
if supply of stock is not available at the time this could have another follow up package at our cost and we will keep you updated on this, if this occurs
when buying the screw kit add on to the kits we send you a document on what the screw is for, this is in our after sales follow up.
we ship worldwide and although we push for shipping to be fast international shipping can take longer this is out of our hands but we do everything to make sure it pushed along as quick as possible, we do everything in our power as we know you want the item as much as we want it delivered and to have a happy customer
If your ordering an item to be ready for an event, we cant jump your order ahead of other peoples please make sure you allow enough time for the event and to calculate shipping into this especially international shipping
